Joe and Eddie

The group from the sixties, Joe and Eddie, is not posted on Wikipedia. I'm going to create a page for them and add photos, discography, a short bio, and anything else that will make the page very developed.

The only problem is that there isn't a lot of information about this group online, so i'm going to have to put a little extra effort in finding out about their history on my own.

This looks like a potentially cool topic. You could

1- put music samples online
2-pictures of the group
3-discography and album art would be helpful as well.

1- Most important commandment would be "Use photos/images"for me. Whenever I am researching people, I like to have an idea of what they looked like.

2/3- I would expect to have some sort of bio on the people, work accomplishments, organizations they influenced or were a part of, links to work done, etc.

1. I think pictures would be very important, I would want to see what they looked like. Links to informative web pages would also be useful.

2. Good research would things like old newspaper articles, magazine articles, etc, from the time of Joe and Eddie, and perhaps some modern articles that give an overview of their career.

3. I think I would want to know about the history of duo, when they started, how long they were together, any awards they won, descriptions of the music, discography.

Great topic!

1. for your article I think the following commandments are important:
Use photos/images
Cite/list references (will be difficult)
Be professional in tone and habits, proofread

2. I think for research I want to see an official discography and sources would include record companies, or links to other websites. For artists the popular press would count as an authoritative source.

3. I expect to see all the things we talked about with Marie Osmond, bio, discography, photo, history, interests, controversy, etc.

This sounds like a unique and interesting topic. I guess the commandment you should be aware of is citing your sources (I don't remember which number...but it doesn't matter). If you cite then the page will be more credible and less likely to get chopped up. This page will probably kick ass...

I need help figuring out the editing codes for stuff (i.e. how to make a heading, add a picture, link to other sites).

I realize that there are explanations of this on wikipedia, but i'm more of a hands on learner. If someone could talk to me and give me direction, that'd help me a lot!

Interesting topic. Links to some of their music and pictures of them would be great. Links to any news articles about them could be interesting. Of course biographical information and a list of albums and music they produced should be included.
