Is this like "The 40 year old Virgin" but more along the lines of the 20 year old who hasn't kissed yet? That could be gooooood fun and very interesting to watch unfold.
First of all, the myspace page is great. You clearly have a creative mind and good sense of humor.
You have a good amount room to run with this blog. I like the idea of her blog being a coming out and public therapy for her romantic problems. Honestly, I'll probably check this out once you get it up and running :)
Thats hysterical. cool ideas. I think you have some great opportunities for humor.
I would watch out for her comments about herself. They sound made up. People don't really talk about themselves in such a negative way. Somehow if you could make that feel a little more authentic it would be so great, and believable.
Great photos. I think you have a fun character built, now she just needs to go somewhere.
I like the idea of her being ready to come out of her shell, and seeing if others offer, but I also like the notions of seeing her as a social butterfly, albeit an unlikely one.
I would play with the background a bit, and go crazy with her details. Find some very clever mspace people and copy their reading lists, music tastes, etc.
this is great. You're right about the purpose though. Are you going to make her a real goody goody who stays that way? Or is it more of a loser who finds fun for a change. That could be it. You could follow a little arc in her life of striving for the first kiss and maybe a horrible sense of guilt after she finally pecks someone. Go way over the top. Like after a peck on the cheek she felt so dirty and sat in the shower with her clothes on for hours type thing.
That is so awesome. The creation of a web of friends adds to the authenticity of the page, and Gregory (with his own page) is a perfect fit, with the big glasses, etc. How did you get the picture of Gregory?
It is very apparent that she likes math, but perhaps you could add some more personal details, like maybe she likes star trek, or jello, or astronomy.

The picture is priceless. Especially with that quote.
Looks like something you could have fun with.
She seems pretty normal though. Perhaps you could ease some more eccentricities into it as you go to make it more interesting.

I would not mind being her friend.

I can't wait to read her blog posts.
Great foundation. Are your fiends in on this? Will they leave messages for others to read?
What is your medium for showing more of her personality? Are you planning to stay with the one page, or branch out?

Great job. The pics are great. Looks pretty authentic. I think because she seems like a normal shy person helps the character feel more real.

I didn't scroll down far enough. Now I see they have already left messages. And, some are online now. Very realistic.
